    The room was fashionable, neat, with comfy beds. The staff were caring and attentive and check-in was early. Location: the hotel was really close to Columbus circus, the shops and attached Time Warner shopping center.

    Tight bathroom, Wi-Fi was bad, a little disappointed.

    The room was beautifully decorated with modern touches and had a fine river view. The bathroom seemed like a spa with its deep soaking tub and luxurious amenities. The service was really good. The staff was attentive and friendly. We especially loved dining at Asiate, where the food was exquisite and the views were amazing. The location was perfect for exploring Central Park and nearby attractions.

    This hotel is stunningly beautiful and luxurious with amazingly nice employees from the bell boy to the manager. The location is particularly good, within easy walking distance of Broadway Road.

    The room offered fine views of the skyline, and the bed was comfortable. The attentive staff provided excellent service, going above and beyond to meet our needs. The ambiance in the building felt a bit lacking, possibly due to the decor or lighting, which might not suit everyone's tastes. While the location was fantastic and connected to a mall, the overall atmosphere could be improved for a more traditional hotel feel.

    The excellent views of the city from the room, the service, and the cleanliness. Breakfast is served in a very nice area with good views and is very complete with a great variety.

    Fine views and great service!

    The city skyline views from my room were amazing. Staff were super friendly. The restaurant had delicious food with a perfect ambiance. Not a fan of the slow breakfast service, though.

    It was just a fitting option for a weekend jaunt in New York with best value. The food at the restaurant was great, especially the Long Island Duck I had, just amazing! Make sure to try out their dining options during your stay.
